The conference will be held at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw, Miecznikowa 1, 02-096 Warsaw, Poland

Facilities

• Lectures: All presentations will take place in Lecture Hall 9B, the main hall of the Faculty of Biology

• Poster Sessions: Will be displayed in the corridors of the first floor

• Refreshments: Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the hall in front of Lecture Hall 9B

• Registration Desk: Located near the entrance of the building, open 2 hours before the opening lecture on Tuesday and 1 hour before the first talk on Wednesday until the end of the first day of the conference. For late registration, please ask one of the co-organizers (identified by a red ribbon) or contact us directly using the details provided at the registration desk.

• Smoking Policy: Please note that all university premises are strictly smoking-free areas

Transportation

Public Transportation

We encourage you to use Warsaw's excellent public transportation system:

• A 3-day ticket (valid for 72 hours from first validation) is available for all public transport lines

• For shorter trips, 20 and 75-minute tickets are available

• Tickets can be purchased from vending machines at metro stations, select tram/bus stops, and selected vehicles

• Mobile ticket options are available through apps: moBilet, mPay, SkyCash, zBiletem, and jakdojade.pl. 

• Remember to validate your ticket by scanning the QR code when entering buses or trams

Driving

If traveling by car:

• Paid city parking is available along Pasteura Street

• Note that Miecznikowa Street is not available for private vehicle parking

• There is no access for private cars to the University parking area

Accomodation

No specific accommodation options are provided or suggested by the organizers. We recommend using booking.com to find convenient and well-rated hotel options:

• Near the Venue: Look for accommodations along Żwirki i Wigury street or near Plac Zawiszy for the most convenient transport to the Faculty

• City Center: Consider staying near the Palace of Science and Culture to experience the heart of Warsaw
