Posters

• Format: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation

• Language: English

• Materials to hang posters will be provided on-site

• Poster sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday

• More information on the specific times for hanging, presenting, and collecting posters for particular sessions will be provided after the registration closes

Oral Presentations

• All presentations must be in English

• Time allocations:

  • Keynote speakers: 30 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion

  • Contributing talks: 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion

• Please strictly adhere to these time limits to ensure smooth session flow

• Presentation options:

  • Upload your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF format) to the Windows computer available on-site

  • Connect your own laptop using HDMI

• We strongly recommend testing your presentation setup during the lunch break the day before your scheduled session or welcome reception for presentations scheduled on Wednesday

   

Poster Prize

We will be awarding a prize for the best poster presentation. Judging will take place during the scheduled poster sessions, with winners announced at the closing ceremony.
